Braiders, Protective Stylists, & Natural Hair Care Specialists

Job Description
Our natural hair and protective styling team members  provide optimal customer service by performing hair services that do not require a Cosmetology license such as braids, weaves, extensions, and locs.  These positions are separated into two divisions: "Mobile Division" (providing services at our satellite sites or at the customer's home) and "Static Division" operating solely out of a partner salon of Atlanta Braids, your salon, or your home.  All work tasks are assigned at the team member's  discretion.

Duties
Our Natural Hair Care & Protective Styling Team (NHCPS) perform beauty services such as braids, twists, locs, loc extensions, sew-ins, and extensions.

Qualificaitons
-  NHCP Team members must have great customer service skills
-reliable transportation is preferred but not a necessity for Mobile Division applicants
- Verifiable related work history and/or proven ability to perform popular services within this department is REQUIRED.At least 3 years of experience (preferred) 
-Should have exceptional time management skills, strong ability to work independently, communication skills and positive attitude

Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives

Job Description
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for booking and scheduling  appointments for our customers over the phone.

Duties
Our CSR team will provide optimal customer service by receiving inbound calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, bookings, and complaints.  

Qualifications
-Must have prior experience providing customer service
-Strong command of the English language (Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!)
- Must provide own telephone line with a very clear connection (mobile phone or landline ONLY!) No VOIP
-possession of a reliable smartphone or computer is also required

Hairstylists, Cosmetologists & Barbers

Job Description
Salon stylists & barbers provide a variety of hair care and beauty services. Stylists & barbers partnering with Atlanta Braids will provide specialized treatments and services via regular appointments, as the work tasks are dispatched, or special occasions at the stylist's discretion.

Duties
Salon stylists & barbers perform a broad range of beauty services, from cutting hair to performing scalp treatments. Typical duties include shampooing, cutting, and styling hair, though they may also provide hair treatments, including deep conditioning, permanents, hair coloring, and weaving. Due to the number of services offered through our platform, stylists must be skilled at using a wide range of beauty products and tools.

Qualifications
-Cosmetologists, barbers, hairdressers, and hair designers must be  professionally licensed in accordnance with O.C.G.A. Title 43, Chapter 10 (feel free to research this information through the secretary of state website: sos.ga.gov/index.php/licensing/plb/16)

-A minimum 2 years of experience in a salon setting is preferred.  A proven track familiarity with state statutes, health and sanitation rules, and proof of licensure  required.

Job Description
We are seeking delivery drivers to provide optimal customer service by promptly delivering products and merchandise from network affiliates and stores to our customers . Duties & Responsibilities
On-Demand Delivery Drivers, using their own transportation, perform general delivery tasks such as accepting on-demand requests, retrieving products from suppliers and retailers, and distributing products promptly to our different addresses and through different routes . Additional responsibilities include:

• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, and operate a vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Complete logs and reports

• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Qualificaitons
- Must be 18 years of age/older
-Reliable transportation
-Valid Drivers License & Insurance coverage for the state of GA
-Smart phone (Android Version 5.0 or higher) needed to accept appointments
- Verifiable authorization to work in the United States (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, or Work Authorization document)
-Must have exceptional time management skills, strong ability to work independently, communication skills and positive attitude
