We are headquartered in Smyrna, GA with partner salons in Mableton, GA; Austell, GA and Atlanta GA. The acquisition of partnering salons is constantly growing so be sure to inquire about the options we provide in your area prior to booking your appointment.
HOW DO I FILE A COMPLAINT/ CONTACT THE MANAGER?
If you experience any issues with our service providers, please fill out a feedback form and be sure to check the box indicating that you request a callback. Detail the best telephone number to reach you and the preferred time of day. You may also e-mail your complaint to [email protected]. Our customer service line at (678)568-9684 can always be used to report any complaints as well, but for quicker response time, please use one of the first two options.
does atlanta braids provide services for children?
Yes! Our services are available to anyone who desires them, regardless of age, ethnicity, or gender. A supervising adult is required for any residential services (within your home) rendered to children.
i have thin, short, or balding hair. Will i still be able to have my hair braided?
We have an expansive network of skilled braiders who specialize in thier line of work. While the particular braid STYLE that you wish to receive may have to be customized depending on the amount of hair loss, we are confident in our ability to suit your needs. A prior consultation is strongly advised to ensure customer satisfaction and assess your needs.
will i need to wash my own hair prior to my appointment?
For our salon services, it is not required to have your hair washed prior to an appointment. We offer shampoo and conditioning services at an additional price. However, in compliance with Georgia law, we are required to ensure that your hair and scalp are clean prior to providing any of our mobile hair services.
if my home is outside of atlanta braids' service area, can i still schedule an appointment?
Our network is constantly expanding. However, if we do not have a service provider in your area at the time of your request, our team will work to find the nearest provider that we do have or recommend others outside of our network as a part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Is a deposit required prior to receiving services?
Yes, a deposit is generally required prior to locking in an appointment to ensure commitment to the agreed upon appointment time on both ends of the exchange. Deposits, however, are NOT in addition to the total amount advertised to the customer. They are instead deducted from this amount. Any questions concerning deposits or reimbursements thereof should be directed to management via a feedback form or by contacting customer service.
is hair included with services requiring weave/braiding hair/extensions?
Unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement or service posting, no, hair is not included in the service price.
