Media & Graphics Release Authorization

    I hereby grant Atlanta Braids LLC worldwide, non-exclusive, permanently, irrevocable, royalty-free license to and possession of the below-described image(s) provided by me and authorization to make unlimited printed or developed photographs, for commercial use.  I grant Atlanta Braids LLC the right to edit, alter, copy, distribute, or reproduce any portion of the photos for social media advertising and marketing purposes.

    I  represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is mine (I own it) or I have the right to use it and grant Atlanta Braids LLC the rights and license as provided in this agreement;  (ii) Atlanta Braids LLC will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay a compensation or royalties to any third party with respect to the Content; (iii) My Content does not infringe any third party rights (including in particular copyrights, neighboring rights, intellectual property rights, name rights, right of personality, rights of privacy, data rights or other property rights), and (iv) My Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
    I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for photos/videos;
    I also authorize Atlanta Braids LLC, under my copyrights, to enforce any violations of the sublicense and agree to provide any original documents or necessary declarations to establish enforcement.

    Representation on Authority of Parties/Signatories. Each person signing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has legal capacity to execute and deliver this Agreement. Each party represents and warrants to the other that the execution and delivery of the Agreement and the performance of such party’s obligations hereunder have been duly authorized and that the Agreement is a valid and legal agreement binding on such party and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
    By inputting my name and selecting the “I agree” button below, I am signing this document electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature on this document. By selecting “I agree” using any device, means, or action, I consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this document.
